Yoga practice helps with balance for fall prevention, postural improvement, and stress and anxiety management. Many yoga poses provide stimulus to bones that can rebuild strength and help prevent further density loss. Additionally, you will safely build core strength for balance and posture. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will learn and practice familiar postures and appropriate, beneficial modifications The theme and information provided for the practice will be balance, bone building, and breath!
