This 4-part series will give students a yoga ‘toolbox’ for working with anxiety: yoga poses, breathing techniques, meditation practices, and much more. Mindfulness practices will be introduced that are very effective for working with the anxious mind, bringing calm, balance, and ease. You will learn how to use your yoga practice to alleviate the difficult mental and physical effects associated with anxiety: persistent worry/dread, irritability, difficulty concentrating, fatigue, sleep disturbances, muscle tension, and more.
