Yoga Wall Core Focus has 3 videos total

LEVEL 1- Standing Abs Series

Learn an abdominal strengthening series that is performed at the yoga wall. This is great for introducing your body to core strengthening in a lengthened posture.

If you feel your neck is being strained, please take breaks and also consider holding a tennis ball between your chin and your chest.

Equipment required:

LEVEL 2: Plank Series

Learn this plank series that is performed with the yoga wall. This technique is great to engage all sides of the core in plank pose.

If you feel your neck is being strained, keep your gaze up.

Equipment required:

*Yoga Wall

LEVEL 3: Eccententric Ab Series

Learn an abdominal strengthening series in reverse plank position. This technique will expand on LEVEL 1 and ask the abs to engage while expanding the lengthening potential of the core.

If you feel your neck is being strained, please take breaks and also consider holding a tennis ball between your chin and your chest.
