Clock Stretch with Nerve Flossing (at the wall)
Learn how to perform nerve flossing while performing a pectoralis and biceps stretch. This video starts at 12 o'clock position (top) however you are welcome to start from a 6 o'clock position (bottom).
This technique will stretch the front of your shoulder which help to improve your posture and relieve tension in your neck.
This clock stretch exercise can be done in standing or sitting in a chair with a wall.
