Low Back Series


Learn this 3 step series to help create traction in your low back and a stretch to the psoas and hip flexors. This series is best performed on a cheap yoga mat (not recommended to do on Manduka mat) so your back skin and clothing will stick and be pulled downward.Consider wearing a V-neck shirt to avoid pressure on your neck.

Equipment needed:

  • A cheap/thin yoga mat

  • Strap (as needed)

  • Wall
