Learn this gentle 16.5-minute yoga routine that helps with back and neck pain. This series is completed all while lying on the floor or bed. Each exercise is repeated 3 times with suggestions to exhale with the effort and inhale when releasing out of the exercise.
Even though it is called the morning series it can be done in the evening to help you sleep soundly at night. All poses are performed with the breath and resting on your back.
