Nerve Flossing for the Upper Body

Learn nerve flossing/gliding techniques for the three upper body nerves:

  • Radial

  • Median

  • Ulnar

Do your best to be sensitive to when you start to feel the pull (stretch) of the tissue. Stay away from pain or shooting sensations.
