Foot and Calf Opening

Learn techniques to connect to your calves, ankles, and feet using a block, a yoga mat, and your own body weight. This will likely be uncomfortable during but you will grateful when it is over.

 

Equipment needed:

  • steady block (recycled foam or cork)

  • a rolled yoga mat

  • a wall
