LEVEL 1: Standing poses against the wall & seated hip stretches
Learn techniques for after your knee surgery which will start with standing poses against the wall and a seated hip series. You will be asked to move from the standing to a chair.
If this a concern for you, use your walker or cane and higher chair.

Learn techniques for after your knee surgery in more advanced standing poses using the chair and wall.
LEVEL 4: Seated, Standing, and Supine Poses.
Learn techniques for after your knee surgery in seated, standing, and supine position. You will need to move on and off the floor in this video. If lying on the ground concerns you consider lying on a firm bed. You will need a wall and chair to complete this program fully.
