Yoga for Hiker, Bikers and Runners (and Walkers too)

Learn techniques to improve mobility and strength from your feet to your hips. This 60-minute video will take you through self-massage, yoga stretches and strengthening exercises to address the areas of the lower body that are common area of limitations for active people. 

 

Equipment needed:

  • Blanket

  • Block

  • Strap

  • Foam roller (substitute with a blanket roll)
