Your first appointment will be 60 to 75 minutes.

Once you make an appointment through our Scheduling Site. You will receive 3 emails and 1 text message prior to your scheduled appointment.

In each email, you will receive three important things. 

​

1. A link to your intake forms choose Online Version or Print & Scan Version - Please complete these intake forms before your appointment. 

​

2. An opportunity to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

​

3. Our appointment cancellation policy.
